@mattwojo - now that WinGet released MCP officially, can this possibly be merged :)?

Updated the documentation for the Windows Package Manager MCP server, including changes to the description, date, and various sections for clarity and accuracy.
Unfortunately, Mermaid diagrams are not yet supported on Microsoft Learn. :(
